- Eric to look into Buy Idaho membership
- Dennis will get a higher-resolution video of the Youth Festival Marketing video. Still researching with Sparklight
- Zach to draft assistant director proposal
- Steve to figure out if Neil has done the books.
- Will to actually send out minutes this time 🙂 – DONE
- Dennis to provide sample shirts this coming Tuesday, so we can get moving on it!
- Steve + Aaron will discuss new proposal with Zach on Tuesday.
- committee review of auditionees, rather than have it just be the director. We need clear expectations, and something a committee can hold to. Idea is to bring in coachable people, not people after they’ve been coached to a good spot. Lots of strong feelings in the board about the audition process being really rough (e.g. Johnathan and Zach). Plus it gets around conflict of interest of Zach saying “you can’t be in, but come to voice lessons from me!”.
- Suggestion: top four order (director, asst director, membership, section leader of person, other 3 section leaders)
- Then have guy get dismissed, chat for a bit, bring him back and give him a yes or a come back next week.

Grant Writer:
- Dennis will write a letter of recommendation (on behalf of the board) for Matt Sizemore to the Communications Director of Nampa School District. Motion and Accepted.
