Refunds and Exchanges
Returns: Returns for goods purchased must be made within 15 days of purchase. Contact (208) 254-2031 for return approval and instructions. All returned items must be in new condition, and in the original packaging. Please include your name, number, or original packing slip. Please return within 15 days of purchase. Please do not return items without first contacting (208) 254-2031.
Refunds: Approved refunds for returned goods will be issued to the credit card used for the order. You will receive the credit typically within 7 days, depending on your card issuer’s policies. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Exchanges: If you receive a defective or damaged item, contact (208) 254-2031 within 15 days to request a replacement. Upon receipt of damaged item, we will reissue the said item at no cost. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for another reason (size, color, changed your mind), we will gladly offer an exchange for that product. We may need to refund the initial item and create a new order. Shipping charges may apply.
Please note: The following items are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges: concert tickets, singing valentines, raffle tickets and donations.
Errors or Omissions in Order: We do our best to process and ship orders in a timely manner. Please help us maintain that level of service by reporting errors or omissions with your order within 7 days of receipt. If you do not receive your entire order, please notify us within 15 days.
