We love coming to this yearly event. The harmonies are amazing! The chordsmen radiate such joy and fun in their singing. The song choices are terrific. It makes for a wonderful evening.
This year though, we could have done without the Santa skit. Too slow. Cute idea for introducing songs, but maybe having the letters already opened and far less interaction between the Clauses.

The Christmas show has always been my favorite but this year I thought the first half was a little too long and boring. There were way too many letters to listen to and some of them. I think we're supposed to be funny, but we're very hard to understand what the people were saying so it just got a little bit old. Since Christmas to me is the birth of Christ the second half of your show is my favorite and that's what I enjoy about Christmas are the sacred songs so thank you for doing that as that was beautiful for the most part. You all do a good job.

I have been to previous shows and always enjoy the singing. I echo other reviewer comments that the skit performers did not add anything to the show. We left after the first half and missed the glorious sing of carols.

The Santa skit was fun for you but I would have preferred more song.

The costumes and music were fantastic. We love the talent of the Boise Chordsmen! There was a nice variety and we enjoyed watching how much fun the singers had while they were performing. However, the pacing of the narration was way too slow. It made the show drag a bit. The intention and writing were good, but the characters need to be more prepared and keep the show moving.

My friend and I look forward to the annual Christmas show each year. We have been coming for several years now. The singing was wonderful. What always amazes me is the way the voices blend together. Have a great holiday.

Our first time, we had heard great things about the show so we decided to go on Wednesday. I was not a fan of the skit in the first half of the show, it was really hard to understand the speaking parts and was very awkward at times as they fumbled through their lines, which were read not memorized. It did not flow well, gaps in the show while they tried to find the page they were supposed to read. Should have been more focused on singing, which is what we thought we would see. The singing was wonderful, very fun and enjoyable. It was cold inside as well, which was uncomfortable. We left during intermission, our mistake. I understand now the best part of the show was the second half singing, which we missed. When we were leaving we saw quite a few other people leaving as well. Hopefully next year will be more singing.

Our first Chordsmen concert, we enjoyed it immensely! The humor and the costumes were awesome but we LOVED the singing the best. My husband
said he didn't know there were that many Christmas songs. 🙂 Hope to see more in the coming year. A New Fan

I really enjoy the Boise Chordsmen. Their singing is wonderful. I especially enjoy the humor that is sprinkled generously throughout the show. The Santa skit was cute, but I really enjoyed the Chordsmen singing.

First time out seeing the Chordsmen. Whimsical, Fun, Chasing Musical Excellence. We enjoyed the light fun adventures of Santa and Crew. The Chorus really came alive in the second half, Thanks for knocking the Hallelujah Chorus out of the park.
