I appreciate the Chordsmen Chorus, it is always an uplifting, fun-filled celebration of music with the added spice of humor with a twist and charm.
The delivery is another part that makes it extra enjoyable. This summer performance highlight was the family quartet and their two-number,
" honoring" Chick Filet and the sweet edition of a Jason Mraz tune.
Another enjoyable evening. I recommend you to others all the time.
My husband and I have been fans of barbershops that will sing for 50 years. We were thrilled when we moved Idaho and discovered the Boise Chordsmen. Jus greatest enyand
We love going to listen to the Boise Chordsman!! The harmony of male voices is amazing. I was happy to hear the Durfs again! Always look forward to their Chick filA song! And loved hearing the chorus sing the Boise song again! Our two favorites!! The chorus sang my husband happy birthday also and they made his night extra special!!
My 4th Chordsmen Concert and definitely not my last. Quality music, fun humor, great entertainment!
My friends and I enjoyed the show. I like to see/hear the many quartets. It was a fun evening.
We always enjoy every show this group puts on. We are partial to a certain quartet but they are all very good. So glad to have stumbled upon these guys and hope to follow them into the future for a long time.
We've been going to Barbershop performances for years. That entrance was spectacular! The ladies had a lovely, traditional performance, made more heart-touching because of the retirement of their director. The men looked uncomfortable in their suits, but it was one of the best prepared concerts we have heard. My husband and I both agree that we missed the comedy and cutting-up and just plain JOY that usually pervades the men's performances.
We thoroughly enjoyed the show but is definitely a missing element - humor. There used to be much more humor in the Chordsmen Concerts. I realize the seriousness in the reason for the season, but today’s world is already depressing enough. Bring back the humor!!!
We thoroughly enjoyed the evening!
